Today we are giving you a look at the Adidas Consortium  Adios 2 “Snake” collection that will be hitting select retailers this saturday. The Adios 2 Snake collection is composed of two pairs of Adios 2’s that have been decked out in combinations of leather mesh and snake. For this snake collection Adidas chose to go a different route, rather than using a traditional snake-skin the chose to use a unique colored snake-skin in a sea-foam color and yellow. The sea-foam pair was contrasted by using a light beige that can be seen in the sneakers mesh and suede. The materials used give for a nice texture contrast. Also the sleekness of the silhouette is the perfect canvas for a design that involves snake. For the yellow pair Adidas chose to contrast the upper using black accents throughout the sneaker. As we all know black and yellow is a combination people gravitate towards so it wouldn’t surprise me if these sell faster. On this pair you could see the snake-skin features  smaller scales than the sea-foam Adios 2’s almost transforming the silhouette. Take a look at the gallery below and grab your this Saturday.
