We accept returns for refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want something different. Again, buyer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event of a return you have 3 options:
#1 Return for refund or store credit
Use this option if you're looking to return an item for a refund or store credit. Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you would like a refund and provide your order number. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label and return form. The refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving.
#2 Refund Exchange
If you're looking to return a item and get a different size use this option. Go to the site and order the item in the size that you want. This will ensure your size doesn't sell out.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you already ordered the item you want and need to return an item for a refund. Use the prepaid shipping label we provide you to send the item back to us. Note your order number and reason for returning (refund) on the return form and include it with the return. A refund will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return. This is the fastest, most efficient way to exchange your item and guarantee you get the size you need.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Orders placed before 8 A.M. ship the same day, we take pride in our processing speed. Tracking information is sent to your email at the time of shipment. If you shop as a guest this will be your only notification. You can also check your order status HERE any time.
Our warehouse is open and shipping Monday-Friday, peak times and holidays we work Saturdays. If USPS is open we ship. Our customer service hours are 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (US EST).
DHL E Commerce vs Priority Mail & Express
We offer several shipping options, DHL E Commerce Ground and Priority , USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express and FedEx Express. All services come with USPS Delivery Confirmation or tracking info. Usually USPS updates Delivery Confirmation status after the first business day when it processes through their sort facility
If you choose Priority Mail expected delivery is within 3-4 business days of purchase. For APO or military addresses we recommend Priority Mail.
DHL Ground can take up to 10 business days and DHL Priority can take up to 5 business days, please choose accordingly. (Business days are Monday through Friday) Note, Express orders placed after 8 A.M. on Friday may not ship until Monday.
We offer quick shipping to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. You can choose between DHL, USPS or FedEx carriers.
