Returns /Refund Exchange

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We accept returns for refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition.” An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want something different. Again, buyer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event of a return you have 2 options:

#1 Return for refund

Use this option if you're looking to return an item for a refund. Email us at help@8and9.com within 7 days of receiving the item to let us know you would like a refund and provide your order number. We'll email you a pre-paid shipping label and return form. The refund will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving.

#2 Refund Exchange

If you're looking to return a item and get a different size use this option. Go to the site and order the item in the size that you want. This will ensure your size doesn't sell out.

Email us at help@8and9.com and let us know you already ordered the item you want and need to return an item for a refund. Use the prepaid shipping label we provide you to send the item back to us. Note your order number and reason for returning (refund) on the return form and include it with the return. A refund will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving the return. This is the fastest, most efficient way to exchange your item and guarantee you get the size you need.

• Buyer must include the original packing list

• Items must not show signs of wear, damage or smoke in any way

• Buyer must contact customer service within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.

Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
