Some of the most iconic dunks were released in the original purple box such as a “Dinosaur Jr.”, “Puff N’ Stuff”, and “Mork and Mindy” the most famous release of all from the purple box era, the MF Doom colorway. The box gets a redesign in 2016, it comes in black with purple accents.

The Dunk High “Purple Box” features black suede base with  ostrich leather on the toe toe and reflective silver lining, with purple laces and a translucent outsole to finish the shoe design.
