Hi my 8and9 lovers, this is Crispi, your favorite mean street photographer.

This is a photo series that I will be executing highlighting women around the globe. Although our brand is designed for men, there is a great influence of women rocking our gear. I feel that we cater to all types of individuals and us females bring a great essence into how we like to be styled! So let me begin by introducing you 3 of my favorite women.

I recently traveled to Puerto Rico and asked one of the most respected stylists to collaborate with me. Her name is Wiwi, you may know her social handles as @wiwiyourownstylist. She’s known for her funky style and color blocking combinations. She has styled for major brands and major label Anglo and Latin artists like Danileigh, Rauw Alejandro, Lyanno, Casper and Puerto Rican baseball player Francisco Lindor just to name a few. 

I personally wanted to bring something flavorful and different to 8and9. Therefore, I decided to have her style herself and two other amazing women from Puerto Rico, Kas and Melanie! Kas (@makeupsquadkas_) and Melanie (@melmichellerr) are both well known makeup artists in Puerto Rico! Both working alongside Wiwi in major label music videos, productions, and photoshoots. Kas is known for her soft natural, but creative glam looks and Melanie is known for her bold special effect looks.
