Sometimes, small things require larger integrations. In the past tracking numbers for your orders were provided by email request. Unless, you paid with paypal then a tracking number was provided automatically an additional email sent. But, last weekend we implemented new software to automatically post a usps tracking number to your 8and9.com account when we ship.
This provides more accurate and accessible info about your orders. Starting sometime last week you may have noticed us testing the feature. All seems good, so as of today all orders will have real time tracking updates when we ship. I think you’ll be surprised how fast most packages leave our office. Most orders ship the same day of purchase. Example, if you order at 2, 3, 4, 7, or 11 am your package will usually ship the same day. In most cases orders placed by 2pm ship the same day.
We’re a small company, but we’re working hard to build better systems and provide the best experience for our customers. We appreciate all of you riding with us through the growth. We’re not going anywhere, we’ll perfect the wheel on the back end and keep dropping new product for you.
