Delivery
Shipping – Everything You Need To Know
Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Many times it’s quicker. We take pride in our processing speed. Tracking information is sent to your email at the time of shipment. If you shop as a guest this will be your only notification. For registered customers your tracking will also be found in My Account. Shipping days are Monday-Friday, peak times and holidays we also ship Saturdays. If USPS is open we ship. Our customer service/warehouse hours are 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. (US EST) if you have any questions or issues regarding your package you can always call.
First Class vs Priority Mail
At checkout we offer two standard shipping options, First Class or Priority Mail. Both services come with USPS Delivery Confirmation which is the USPS equivalent of a tracking number. Usually USPS updates Delivery Confirmation status after the first business day when it processes through their sort facility. If you choose Priority Mail expected delivery is within 4-5 business days of purchase. With First Class it can be up to 7 days for your package to arrive.
