Rocky Mountain Featherbed is one of those classic American labels with roots in the Midwest, eventually went defunct, and was revived by Japanese fans of the brand who decided to pour some dough into it. Their trademark product were down vests that utilized a leather Western-style yoke on the back and otherwise held up really well. Drawing on that design detail, Clarks Originals made two versions of the Wallabee styled after RMFB’s classic vests.

Combining leather side panels with a suede upper, the back of the shoe and laces have bungee cord details, while the back has a Rocky Mountain Featherbed patch. Available in a dope contrast brown/tan colorway, and a murdered-out black (complete with a sleek, black crepe sole), you can pick up both colorways at Hanon for about $150 a pop.
