Earlier today we gave you a look at the entire Nike Basketball Christmas collection, now we are giving you a more in-depth look at the “Christmas” Kobe 8 SS courtesy of some images from  Sneaker Box Spotlight via their IG. The entire Christmas collection was impressive, but these were hands down the most interesting out of the collection. The sneakers upper was made to emulate molting snake skin to prepare Kobe fans for the transition/ transformation to the Kobe 9 silhouette. The translucent skin sits over a Cool Grey upper contrasted by hints of Black, Gold and Electric Green added to the sneakers outsole and swooshes.
